The KWOA Annual Conference/ Program Meeting is being postponed. A new date and location is yet to be determined. We are considering a fall meeting date and will keep you posted. Those who have already registered will be contacted directly and have options to receive a refund, have KWOA hold their fees to apply for the rescheduled conference date, or donate their registration fee to KWOA or KWOF.
The KWOA full membership business meeting will happen by Zoom on March 25, at 7:00 p.m. ET. All KWOA members will receive a ballot by email with an agenda and link to attend the Zoom meeting.
Background information: Due to providing housing for fellow Kentuckians displaced by the floods, Jenny Wiley State Resort Park will not have lodging for our annual meeting. Other parks have been impacted, both in and outside the flooded areas, by both temporary housing and by relocation of so many springtime events. KWOA feels that it is best to postpone conference programming. We will keep you posted as the rescheduled conference programming is developed.
